INTERN NEEDED!
Are you a college student or recent college graduate with a degree in Marketing? Would you like to gain marketing experience that will help a small business grow? Are you trying to figure how to best learn and get real world marketing experience even during a pandemic? Are you applying for jobs and need references and experience to make you stand out? Theia Vision Care is looking for an outstanding marketing intern to help our small business grow and serve more people.
Current college undergraduate students in good academic standing or recent graduates in the field of marketing are encouraged to apply!
Commitment: Interns will join the team and schedule will be determined in collaboration with the supervisor. We will gladly work within your school for internship credit. We are following all safety procedures in light of COVID-19 and are committed to keeping our team and customers safe!

Desired Qualifications for Marketing Interns:
- Perform market analysis and research the latest trends and apply them to Theia Vision Care
- Drive and bolster marketing strategy to increase customer acquisition and retention
- Help create, maintain and distribute content
- Help manage Theia Vision Care website-to keep the content and promotions current and relevant; and functioning smoothly for both desk top and mobile
- Assists with daily administrative duties
- Design and present new social media campaign ideas for Theia Vision Care
- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news ideas and feedback and use that to successfully market Theia Vision Care to new customers
- Help with planning and hosting of marketing events (virtual and/or in person)
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
- Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, newsletter creation and social media content

- Strong verbal, written, scheduling and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A history of academic and professional success
- No specific healthcare or business experience is required; we’ll train you to be an expert

Marketing Requirements:
- Familiarity with marketing software and social media platforms
- Excellent understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques and the drive to successfully implement them for Theia Vision Care
- A passion for marketing to help Theia Vision Care obtain customers, and increase sales
