Our COVID-19 Response

Vaccinated Staff

All members of our staff have received COVID-19 vaccines. We will continue to wear masks, screen our temperatures, and wash our hands to prevent and limit the spread of the virus.

Health Screening

Upon arrival, we’ll have you wash or sanitize your hands and we’ll take your temperature using a touchless thermometer. If your temperature is above 100 degrees Fahrenheit, we will reschedule you for another time when your temperature is back to normal.

Curbside Pickup

We offer curbside pickup services when possible. For example, if you’re coming to pick up a bottle of anti-fog you paid for over the phone, we will happily run that out to your car.

Personal Protection

At this time, we require everyone in our doors to wear a mask. If you don’t have one, one will be provided to you. We have hand sanitizer and sinks available to you for use at any time throughout your visit.

Staff PPE

Our staff is required to wear a mask at all times, wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival, and have a temperature under 100 degrees Fahrenheit to be in the office. They also have safety goggles and face shields available to them.

Personal Optical Box

During your visit, our staff will be happy to assist with your glasses selection. Please feel free to try on anything and everything!  All frames on the board have been cleaned, and all frames you try on will be cleaned immediately after your visit before being replaced on the frame board.

Online Paperwork

You can now schedule your appointments online and fill out the necessary paperwork online before your appointment. This streamlined and almost completely touchless and paperless check-in procedure allows for increased safety and more time with the doctor. The only thing we need at check-in is a signature in-person.

Stay Home If…

Please notify us ahead of time if you are sick and think you may have Covid-19 or may have come in contact with someone who has it. If you are a healthcare worker and have been exposed, please let us know so we can properly prepare for you, as we are happy to still provide you with our services.

Periodic Disinfection

We’ve spaced out appointments and are limiting the number of people in the office at one time to help permit physical distancing. In addition, we have reinforced our cleaning and disinfection protocol. All patient touch points are disinfected after each encounter and prior to the next.
